Our Story: Coastal Core's Vision
Coastal Core was established in 2015 in Belmar, NJ, by Elizabeth Collins. As a young mom at the time, she was seeking balance between a busy career, exercise, and family. She discovered Lagree Fitness, and from that moment, Coastal Core began as an idea, a dream, and has now grown to three successful studios throughout the Monmouth County area of NJ.
