StoneGuard helps people who have had kidney stones with the two things urologists ask for most: drink enough, spread over the day, and know what is on the plate.

• A glass that fills as you log. The big number is what is still missing, not a percentage.
• A dashed line shows where you should be at this time of day, so you can drink evenly instead of catching up in the evening.
• One tap for 200, 300 or 500 ml, or any amount.
• Daily goal based on weight, activity and the local temperature (Apple Weather).

• See what is left and log 250 or 500 ml without opening the app.

FOOD
• 225 foods with oxalate per serving, the source of each value and lower-oxalate alternatives.
• Search in English, German, Italian or Spanish, filter by level and category.
• Notes on purines, salt, citrate and calcium where they matter.
