- Admin Portal: Classes, Teachers, Parents and Birthdays now open right inside the app, with full details, editing and safe deleting - Stars Leaderboard: pick a range of months, see the top students in each subject, and clearer colors - Class leaderboard: choose a month range, with easier-to-read colors - Deleting a teacher from Qaf Assistant now works for school admins - US and Canada phone numbers typed with a leading 1 are read correctly - Track Homework counts homework posted before the next school day, matching the web

- Attendance and homework are always filed under the right school day, wherever the phone is - Absence requests are saved for the exact day picked - Admin attendance and homework views show the selected day correctly - School timezone is shown read-only in School Settings, and saving settings only updates what changed - A confirmation appears before turning off Teacher access

- New payment categories: Tuition, Supplies, Field Trip, Fundraiser, Penalty Fees, Donation and Other - Payment options are now quick-tap chips instead of dropdowns - Zero-amount payments are blocked unless a financial option is chosen - Unfinished payment drafts are kept so you can pick up where you left off - Teachers in wages are now active-only and sorted, with current-year classes

Bug fixes

• Revamped, more intuitive Substitutes screens • Slight bug fixes, including payment claims showing more than the current month

• Fixed: Teacher Clock In/Out could keep showing "clocked in" after tapping Clock Out. Clocking out now reliably stops the timer.

• Excused absence requests submitted before a teacher takes attendance are now always saved correctly.

- Everyone (including teachers, who lost the old Messages nav tab) can now reach the chat inbox from a new "Messages" tile on the Home page, with a live unread-count badge. - Absence requests now let a parent pick which specific classes each student should be marked absent from (instead of always the whole day), and add an optional reason — emailed straight to the school automatically. - Admin Portal has a new "Lookup" quick-access row (Students / Classes / Teachers) for admins and managers, plus a new "Feature Requests" link to the roadmap. - Opening a non-image file (e.g. a PDF) from the app now shows a proper action sheet — View, Download, Share, and Print — instead of just opening it in the system viewer. - Admin Portal buttons redesigned as compact icon + name rows instead of square tiles; "Reports" renamed "Analytics." - The empty Messages inbox screen is now fully tappable and opens "New Message" directly. - Apple "Hide My Email" relay addresses are no longer shown as "your email" in Settings/Complete Profile. - Fixed several places where a student's past-year classes/scores could incorrectly show as current: Lookup Students class count, Semester Results grades, the absence-request class picker, and re-enrollment pre-selection.

- Class stars leaderboard now resolves submissions against the live, current-year roster instead of showing anyone with a graded submission regardless of enrollment status. - Teachers can now grade the 2 most recent homework assignments per class instead of only the latest one; fixed a related query that was missing a class filter.

- New: "My Students" page for teachers Teachers can now see a full list of their students in one place (across all their assigned classes) — searchable by name, with an A–Z jump rail on the side for quickly scrolling to a letter. Tap a student to open their info and message their parent directly from the list. - Better search on lookup pages The teacher/student/class lookup pages now use the same fast, searchable A–Z list style, instead of the old dropdown pickers. - Richer announcements Staff can now write announcements with real formatting — bold, links, lists — using a new built-in editor, instead of plain text only. - Targeted announcements When sending a staff announcement, you can now choose to send it to Enrolled Teachers Only or All Teachers, instead of it always going out to everyone. More reliable registration Registering a new student (or re-registering a returning one) is now more robust — submissions complete fully or not at all, so a hiccup mid-registration can no longer leave a half-finished or duplicate record.
