Chat (Avatar Buddy) improvements: We updated how the app connects to the Avatar Buddy chat service. Chat links now generate a fresh, secure connection each time you open them, improving reliability when launching a chat session. This change applies everywhere chat is available — the Home screen, the Support screen, and the side menu. New Certificate of Completion on the Journey page: Users who have completed their surveys will now see a Certificate of Completion section on the Journey (Dashboard) page. It includes a Download Certificate button to save or share their certificate as a PDF, along with a short instruction line. The section only appears once the certificate is available, and it's fully translated into English, and Spanish.

Add Parent Knowledge Check functionality to the app.

Surveys that are view-only now display a clear "View Only" label in the survey list and a prominent banner inside the survey, so users always know when a form cannot be edited or submitted. Descriptive content fields in Knowledge Checks now support tappable links, making it easier to navigate to external resources directly from the app. Error messages across the app are clearer and more informative, with localized fallbacks for a smoother experience. Service request forms now retain initial values, reducing the chance of accidental data loss. Various UI refinements including localized button labels and improved snackbar actions.

Make PDF links clickable on the knowledge screen. Update sandbar verbiage for the download certificate from Share to Save.

Bug fixes: Update HTML widget to use HTML tags for text fields and labels on the contact form. Add error displays for when REDCap is down or the mobile app is not available/in maintenance mode.

Text field resetting upon state changes relate to newly added date time field and radio button updates on the contact form
