This update improves the onboarding experience by separating the Apple Intelligence requirement based on user role: For Students: - Apple Intelligence check now occurs after selecting "I'm a student" instead of at app launch - Students on incompatible devices see clear guidance about device requirements - When AI models finish downloading, the app automatically continues to onboarding For Parents: - Parents can now use the app on ANY device (no Apple Intelligence required) - Parents see a clear notice about device requirements for their children - Parents can complete onboarding, monitor their children's progress, and purchase the Plus subscription via Family Sharing for their children's compatible devices Why this change: Parents shouldn't be blocked from purchasing and managing subscriptions just because their personal device doesn't support Apple Intelligence. Their children's devices are the ones that need it.
