Hombit is a home maintenance companion that turns vague worry into a short, actionable plan. Instead of guessing what your house needs or delaying maintenance until something breaks, Hombit builds a living profile of your property and generates a calm monthly queue of tasks matched to your skill level, tools, materials, and major systems.
WHAT YOU GET
Overview is your command center. It shows your home name, flags missing profile details, and translates completed maintenance into estimated savings so progress feels tangible. A health score summarizes your home’s condition and suggests the next sensible action. You also get a priority card with difficulty context, a monthly maintenance tip, and a daily home insight you can refresh anytime.
Maintenance is where everything comes together. You get a personalized task queue with priorities, seasonal reminders when relevant, clear due timing, and step-by-step guidance. You can complete tasks, add your own one-off work, and keep diagnosed photo issues alongside everything else. It also tracks key systems like HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, water heating, gutters, foundation, windows and doors, insulation, and sump systems, helping you stay ahead of long-term upkeep. When needed, you can escalate work to a professional with full context already prepared.
Diagnose helps when something looks wrong but you are unsure what it is. Take or upload a photo and get structured insights you can save, revisit, or convert into a tracked task. Recommendations are aligned with the tools you already have, keeping suggestions practical.
My Home is your structured profile. It includes home type, size, location, climate context, materials, systems, maintenance history, skill level, and tools. When key details change, your maintenance plan updates automatically to stay accurate.
Focus Timers help you start and finish tasks without overthinking. You can pause and resume when needed, and everything syncs to your account.
Sign in with Apple or Google. Location helps with climate-aware suggestions, while camera and photo access power diagnostics. Optional notifications help you stay on track with maintenance reminders.
