Resonate Labs generates brainwave entrainment tones designed to guide your brain toward specific states. The science behind this has been studied since the 1920s.
Four ways to listen
Binaural beats play two slightly different frequencies, one in each ear. Your brain perceives the difference and follows it. Requires headphones.
Isochronic tones pulse at the target frequency. Research shows a stronger cortical response than binaural beats for most people. Works through any speaker.
Monaural beats blend two frequencies into a single wavering tone. Gentler, and also works through speakers.
Combined layers binaural and isochronic together, giving you both pathways at once. Headphones recommended.
Switch between them with one tap depending on your situation.
Five brainwave states
Delta (0.5–4 Hz) deep, restorative sleep.
Theta (4–8 Hz) the space between waking and sleeping. Meditation, creativity, deep relaxation.
Alpha (8–13 Hz) relaxed awareness. Calm and present without effort.
Beta (13–30 Hz) focused thinking. Clear, alert, productive.
Gamma (30–100 Hz) peak cognition. Memory, processing speed, pattern recognition.

Sleep, meditation, focus, learning, relaxation, performance, wellness, mood, creativity, energy, gaming, specialty, and multi-stage journeys.
Some hold you in a single state. Others gradually transition you through several states over time, with linear, exponential, or s-curve transitions. Every preset is based on published research. Carrier frequencies, beat frequencies, and tone types are chosen for specific outcomes, not at random.

Layer music and ambient soundscapes over the tones rain, ocean, forest, fire, and more. Set the balance with the volume mixer, or use the tones on their own.
The journey builder lets you create custom multi-stage sessions. Choose your frequencies, set durations and transitions, save them, and come back anytime.

Audio accurate to ±0.01 Hz. Studio-grade quality at less than 0.001% THD. Background playback runs over 10 hours without interruption. Anti-habituation keeps tones effective over time.

Smooth Session Ending
Sessions now fade out gracefully. When your timer completes, binaural beats, soundscapes, and music gently fade over 15 seconds for a smooth, natural ending. Looped sessions continue seamlessly as before.
