In this singleplayer strategy game, you explore procedurally generated dungeon paths, flip cards to reveal enemies and treasures, and rely on the roll of your dice to survive brutal battles. This game is nonsensical.

An Uncommon Aura
There are plenty of games I’ve played where it’s difficult to understand the mechanics, or how to play with them properly, but this is one of the few I’ve encountered where even brute forcing every conceivable option available amounted to literally nothing. There’s a tutorial that tells you close to nothing about what you’re supposed to do or how you’re supposed to play, then throws you into the game. You supposedly have to roll specific numbers and then put them in various slots (cannot for the life of me figure out what these do), or put them onto your hero to supposedly use an ability or attack. The thing is when you put the correct dice onto your hero, it makes a sound and then NOTHING HAPPENS. You end your turn and the enemy attacks. So you try filling all of those mysterious specific dice slots on the sides hoping that makes your hero actually do something. Nope. You just throw the dice onto them again, it makes a sound and then it just resets, enemies take no damage, and then you get attacked. You repeat this useless process until you die. Even putting the utterly lacking tutorial aside, there is something deeply wrong or perhaps just outright broken about this game. It’s unplayable.

Thanks for taking the time to write such detailed feedback, I really appreciate it.I think the main thing is that dice can be placed not only on hero slots, but also on monster slots. Actually this is the main goal of the game - to defeat monsters. Hero slots are mostly for charging and using hero ability, which gives you some advantage, but it's not the main way to attack enemies.Can you tell me what exactly was unclear in the tutorial? Was there some specific moment where you got lost? Or maybe you have some idea how it can be explained in a more simple way?
