Take a photo of a blank survey form, and AI will automatically detect the question fields. Just confirm the field names and response types (text, date, choices, etc.) and save—you're ready to go.

Take photos of completed survey forms or select them from your album. You can scan multiple sheets at once. AI automatically recognizes and digitizes each response.
