Tap the "Mommy" button and make the need for quiet time into a game kids easily understand. Clicking the "Mommy" button reduces the number of "Mommies" remaining and a timer shows how long the "Mommy" needs to recharge. You can also share a warm, ready-to-use script that explains what you need, why it matters, or what kids can do while they wait. Children learn to respect your boundaries without feeling pushed away; you stay regulated and let go of the guilt.
The Mommy Meter is customizable for any one to use and you can easily change the title from "Mommy" to whatever you may prefer!
