Sign your crew in, raise a timesheet, and tell the app what you need out loud. SIGNING A CREW IN AND OUT Sign In Employees and Sign Out Employees are in the menu under Attendance. Open the crew roster, pick who is on shift, confirm each of them fit for work and capture their signature — rather than only recording your own day. Your own sign in and out, and My Attendance, have moved to the You section. TIMESHEETS FROM THE PHONE Raise a timesheet for a date and a company, and add people to it, without opening a laptop. Where a project has one company for you there is nothing to choose, and where it has no shift set up the app says so rather than guessing. A timesheet that already exists for that day is offered to open instead of being raised twice. Weekly summaries export to a spreadsheet or a printout, to the share sheet or straight into an email. SITESCRIBE, ON EVERY SCREEN The microphone is in the bottom bar, so you can say what you need without going back to the home screen first. It opens over whatever you were looking at. Say what you want and the app opens it. "Show me work pack 62" opens WP-00062 — say the number, not the padding. "Show me yesterday's timesheets" opens them already filtered to yesterday. "Call a muster" opens the screen that starts one, and nothing is called until you confirm it there. Material said out loud fills a whole list. "We used 32 5 foot ledgers and 18 2 metre standards and 10 base jacks" books every line, with the counts you said. Saying what a requisition is for now fills the type of work in — "we need to modify the scaffold to install a new valve", "remove this section" — and raising one from a tag puts every tag on that scaffold into its scope. Naming a crew member finds them even when they are further down a list than the page you can see. PROGRESS REPORTS FILL THEMSELVES IN FURTHER A progress report opens already naming who wrote the field copy: it is a required answer, its list holds everyone on the project, and the person typing the report up is the person who wrote the copy. Change it in the picker, or say who it was. The same goes for the build type, the day's activity and the date. The form opens on what the work pack was scoped for, and if the day went differently you can now say so — "we built it as a system bay" is heard over what the form assumed, instead of being ignored because a box already had something in it. HAZARD ASSESSMENTS CLOSE WHEN YOU SIGN THEM OFF Sign the finished work off and the assessment leaves the open list. It no longer waits for somebody in the office to close it by hand. WORKING WITH NO SIGNAL Forms come with you. Open a scaffold, a work pack or a tag while you still have a connection and the form behind it — a new tag, a progress report, an inspection — is on the phone when you get to the job. Lists, documents and search work from what is saved, and the app says plainly when it is showing you a saved copy. Anything you fill in offline is held and sent when you are back in range. Improved offline mode

Built for the places the signal is not. Your documents come with you. Procedures, permits, toolbox talks and signed paperwork you have opened stay on the phone, and open in a decline, inside a vessel, or anywhere else there is nothing to download them with. Weak signal no longer means waiting. A connection that is up but barely moving used to leave you watching a spinner on every screen. Now your screen opens on what the phone already has, says the connection is slow, and updates itself as soon as anything arrives. Opening the app in the morning is immediate, instead of a wait at the gate. When something genuinely is not there, the app says so in plain words and tells you what will fix it — no more "something went wrong" on a phone with no bars. The phone looks after its own storage. It keeps the screens and documents you actually use, lets go of the ones you do not, and will not fill your phone or run up your data on a tethered or satellite connection. On a shared site phone, signing in clears the last person's saved work and documents.

The app now works without a signal, and it fills its own forms in when you talk to it. Those are the two large ones since the last update. Fill in a hazard assessment, an inspection, a scaffold tag, a progress report or a requisition anywhere and it saves on your phone and tells you so, then sends itself as soon as you are back in range. You never have to fill it in twice. Screens open from a copy held on the device, so your work packs, tags and briefings still read four levels down inside a plant. A bar at the top says whether you are offline, how old what you are reading is, and what is still waiting to send. An evacuation headcount is never held back. SiteScribe is the button on your home screen. Press it, say what you need — "book the day on WP-0901, Aiden and John were 7 to 3" — and the right form opens with what it heard already in the boxes. Thirty-one forms answer to it, in the words a crew actually uses rather than the label printed over the box, including the crew grid on a progress report and the hours nobody worked. It never submits, signs or declares anything. Progress reports no longer have to be written in one sitting. Open one against a work pack in the morning, save each part as it actually happens, and file it when the work is done. Discard puts all of it back and tells you what it reversed. The weekly timesheet summary can leave the phone, as a spreadsheet or a printable page, to the share sheet or straight into an email. A hazard assessment can be reviewed and revised… Tapping a figure on the home screen opens the list it counted… A new requisition reaches you as a notification… Automatic sign-out now starts when you leave the project area rather than after sixteen hours… A forgotten password can be reset from the sign-in screen, and the crew screens can be grouped by supervisor.

A new requisition now reaches you as a notification. Tapping it opens that requisition on the right project, even if the app was closed. The banner says New Requisition and who asked for it. It is not a muster alarm — those still have their own sound and channel.

This update opens Scaffold Insite to scaffold company and project owner staff, with the same permission gating as the web app. Dashboards for attendance, scaffolds, tags, work packs, requisitions, timesheets, people and safety — and you can raise tags, inspections, work packs, requisitions and progress reports from the phone. Home cards for Requisitions, Work Packs, Tags and Attendance open that section’s dashboard for the whole project, not a personal list. Open on a 3D map tag pin leaves the map and opens the Scaffold Tag screen. Talk a hazard assessment, requisition, work pack or progress report in and the form fills from what you said. Film the walk-round while you talk and it comes back as labelled stills. Messages stay on the requisition or scaffold they are about. The tag page shows what has already been asked about that scaffold.

Ui improvements, and backend enhancements

Geozone sign-out now checks every site boundary, so workers already on site stay signed in. Profile offers Automatic, Light, and Dark appearance.

Tapping a muster alert now opens the muster and meeting point page. You are told when a muster is cleared, and you can account for yourself when you are at a muster point. The sign in map now shows the project, every geofenced zone and where you are standing. Sign in and sign out times now read as the local time on site. Fixes the date picker on leave requests and the display on phones set to dark mode.

Fixes a problem where the app could ask you to select a project you were already assigned to when signing in for a shift. Automatic sign-out when you leave the project area now keeps working after the app has been closed and reopened.
