1. Set your target time in the app and start your session. Follow your live heart rate zone on your Apple Watch.
2. Follow your live heart rate zone — Warm-up, Detox, HSP — right on your wrist.
3. After the session, review your Load Score and Stability Score on your phone. Sessions sync to your health app automatically.
