「院看護」是「優照護」推出、專為短時數醫院看護需求打造的第三方預約平台，協助病患家屬安心、方便地找到合適的看護服務。
平台流程獲得發明專利，具備資料不落地、金流與服務流分離、媒合非派遣等特性，能有效減少醫院管理時間與護理人員負擔，並提升病患與家屬的滿意度。
功能說明】
搜尋依日期、時間、醫院、工作 項目等條件篩選。
搜尋結果可依評價、年資等排序，選擇合適的看護人員。
預約前看得到看護人員的照片、學經歷、語言程度跟自我介紹，再決定是否送出預約。
預約後可透過「問問」功能，與看護人員溝通服務細節，雙方了解後再付款。
在預約過程中，30分鐘內快速回覆，APP自動發送通知，告知預約結果。
內建排程表，方便時間管理。
信用卡付款，無須準備現金。
看護人員簽到及簽退，內含GPS紀錄，系統由APP發送通知，通知您看護人員簽到及簽退的狀況。
評價機制：能建立即看到他人對看護人員的評價。
【注意事項】
為了保護用戶隱私與交易安全，「院看護」全程透過SSL安全加密保障用戶與信用卡資訊。
為保障看護人員隱私，會員於搜尋前，必須先通過信用卡驗證(不會扣除任何款項)，才可進行搜尋預約。
為維護照護品質，「院看護」目前不提供單一看護人員連續24小時照護。
看護人員最少服務時間為4小時。
單一位服務人員所服務的時數上限為12小時，若有24小時的照護需求，可找兩到三人輪流照顧。
