The website says I can share a list from Google Maps, but as far as I can tell the app has no such support. It does not show in any share sheet from Google Maps: list, singular place, region, etc. This app appears to be heavily vibecoded, so maybe the AI hallucinated on the website?

You were right: 2.0.1 had no share sheet support. Version 2.0.9 (September 14) adds it. Share a Google Maps list, place, or link and GoToAppleMaps now appears as a target and builds the guide from it. — Ruslan

This is such a great utility for anyone who wants to transfer their lists over to Apple Maps. Worked 100% and transferred 300 places over 3 lists. Well deserved 5-stars!

Thanks for the honest feedback, and sorry the paywall caught you by surprise. The app includes one full conversion for free (any list up to 365 places), and the one-time unlock covers everything after that. Your 4-place list used that free conversion, so the second one asked for the unlock. Two things that may help: the website at gotoapplemaps.com converts lists for free, and if you email dautovri@outlook.com with the list you were trying to save, I will convert it for you personally. I am also making the free-conversion rule clearer in the app so it is not a surprise. — Ruslan

Clearer wording in the Safari extension when you convert Google Maps search results. Tip: you can convert Google Maps places, searches and lists without leaving Safari. Open the page menu and tap GoToAppleMaps, or share a Google Maps link to GoToAppleMaps from any app.
