You can now add, verify, and remove saved payment methods directly in the app.

Maintenance requests are now easier to manage with richer details, status history, attachments, and improved chat handoff. This update also adds support for our new maintenance workflow and includes stability improvements.

Minor fixes and improvements

Improved tenant-landlord chat reliability. Messages now live-update more consistently after reconnecting or foregrounding the app, and chat scroll behavior now keeps newly opened conversations and incoming messages focused on the latest relevant message.

Improved tenant payment setup and ACH bank account verification.

This update improves tenant payments and chat clarity. Tenants can now review extra deposits and one-time charges, see clearer invoice titles, due dates, late fees, monthly extra charges, and fee breakdowns, and use payment rules that distinguish rent, deposits, and charges. Chat now more clearly labels PropertyWise AI, landlord replies, and landlord join/leave handoff events.

Chat feels better in this update. Payment, autopay, and maintenance cards can now be reopened in conversations, messages appear more smoothly.

Improved dark mode in chat for clearer menus and the message composer. Smoother theme switching in the header. Face ID no longer prompts right after sign-in — turn it back on in Settings if you want it. Version number now shows correctly in the menu and profile.

This version includes updates focused on the new invoice-based payment system for tenants. Improvements include better visibility into payments by adding invoice links in success messages, support for ACH micro-deposit verification when instant bank verification fails, and real-time chat notifications about ACH payment status. Additionally, handling of failed payments has been improved, allowing tenants to easily retry failed invoices.

Improved onboarding experience for new users. The welcome message now provides clearer guidance and includes payment-related information to help tenants get started with the app.
