New: Projects. Group tasks and notes by goal and keep work, home and side projects apart. Plus a calendar view that shows your Google Calendar next to your tasks.
Your brain runs a hundred tabs. Recordo closes them. Just talk, and AI turns your brain dump into a to do list, reminders and a plan for today.
I built Recordo because I have ADHD and every other planner felt like homework. No setup, no forms. If you can text, you can use it.
"Has given me so much of my daily capacity back. Amazing!" - Fiona, App Store review
JUST TALK. AI DOES THE REST.
- Brain dump by voice, text or photo. Hands-free voice mode keeps listening while you think out loud.
- AI turns it into tasks with dates, reminders and checklists, or saves it as a note.
- "What was that idea I had last Tuesday?" Ask in plain words and AI finds it.
- Share text or images from any app straight into Recordo.
- Pick a coach personality: The Pilot breaks tasks into tiny steps, The Buddy is a warm, judgment-free friend who gets it, The Hype turns chores into a game.
ONE TASK AT A TIME
Tired of staring at a 50-item list? Recordo shows you the one next task.
- Momentum Mode gives every task a Plan, a Coach and a focus timer.
- The AI Coach breaks big tasks into micro-steps and helps you restart after distractions.
- Smart prioritization weighs urgency, so you don't have to decide.
- Reminders at the time you choose: 5 minutes, 2 hours before, or right on time. Gentle nudges, not shame spirals.
- Home Screen widget: see your next task and capture a thought in one tap.
PLAN YOUR DAY
- Calendar view for Day, 3 days or Week, with your tasks as time blocks.
- Connect Google Calendar to see meetings next to your tasks and get a warning when plans overlap.
- Show your Recordo tasks in Apple Calendar or any calendar app with a private link.
PROJECTS
- Group tasks and notes into color-coded projects, each with an optional goal.
- Filter your list by project and keep work, home and side projects apart.
ROUTINES THAT ACTUALLY STICK
- Morning and evening routines designed for low dopamine days.
- Recurring tasks that roll forward automatically.
- Visual progress that makes every small win feel real.
A COACH THAT KNOWS YOU
- Tell Recordo what you struggle with and the coach adapts to how your brain works.
- Memory: the coach remembers what you tell it and plans around it. You can turn it off any time.
- Automations: let the coach plan your day or prepare for tomorrow on a schedule.
