Massive performance pass: raids no longer freeze the game, the UI stays smooth even on huge empires. New unit: Mobile Hydrogen Generators. 50 energy each, raidable. Solar/Fusion plants nerfed; the old +5%/lvl research becomes Hydrogen Plant, capping +50 generators per level. Fuel overhaul: distance is now cosmetic, no more billion-helium fleet moves. Harmonized costs across transport / deployment / anomaly / World Boss / expeditions. Small Cargo gets its own niche with Impulse Drive 5+.
