Guitar Wizard is an interactive guitar fretboard for building, exploring, and practicing scales, modes, chords, and rhythm — with a clean, distraction‑free UI designed for landscape practice. Build scales on the neck Tap notes directly on the fretboard to create any scale or mode. Set a tonic, see intervals at a glance, and transpose patterns to any key while keeping the relationships intact. Find Matching Scales Not sure what you just built? Use Matching Scales to find scales and modes that contain the notes you selected, with suggested tonics and closest matches from the built‑in library. Practice mode Run guided fretboard exercises and patterns to build accuracy, speed, and confidence across the neck. Chords & Harmony Explore chords and harmony tools, including a Circle of Fifths view, chord building, and progression features to help connect theory to real musical context. Rhythm sequencer + metronome Train timing with a built‑in rhythm sequencer and metronome. Create patterns and accents, and explore polyrhythms and polymeters. Tune + Tuning Use the mic tuner to detect pitch, and customize string tuning for alternate setups. More features Interval strip (show/hide anytime) Scale Library (browse and apply scales/modes) Scale 2 mode to compare two selections Left‑handed mode (mirrored fretboard) Works offline, no account required Pricing Guitar Wizard is currently free.
