You can now import photo spots straight from a shared Google Maps list. Paste the link, pick the places you want, and they land in your spots collection ready to use.

Location tagging is now more accurate, nearby spot suggestions are smarter. And you can send feedback directly from Explore.

The Explore header got a cleaner layout — your avatar moves to the left, actions stay on the right, and everything lines up properly. We also fixed some event discovery issues so the app shows you only the events that are actually relevant to you.

You can now leave star reviews on photo spots, routes, and plans — just like you can on cities. Tap the rating section on any spot or itinerary to rate it and leave a note. The Sun Planner tab is now called **Scout**. Same great tool, better name. And we made a bunch of under-the-hood improvements so the app loads faster and uses less network data.

Small fix for the heading cone on the map: it was pointing in the wrong direction and spinning erratically when standing still. Both are now sorted.

The Sun Planner got a big upgrade. Switch to 3D mode to see real building shadows move across the map as you drag the time slider: perfect for scouting a spot before you're even there.

A small but useful fix: free event organizers can now fully manage their own workshop again.

When you're traveling, the Explore tab now shows a banner for the city you're in — tap it to jump straight to the city map. We also fixed a bunch of small but annoying things: push notifications now deep-link correctly, the pinch-to-zoom focal point feels much more natural, city pages no longer shimmer forever when there's no cover photo, and the map now zooms to the right level when opening a city.

You can now pinch to zoom into any photo in the full-screen viewer. Pan around while zoomed, double-tap to reset, and the UI gets out of the way automatically so the photo fills the whole screen. Your location dot on the city map now shows a heading cone so you always know which direction you're facing. We also fixed a bug where adding a photo spot in certain cities could tag it to the wrong place. Cities now resolve more reliably under the hood.

City images load quicker, photos look better, and a few things that were quietly broken are now fixed. A small but solid update.

We gave the Explore tab a solid refresh: collapsing header, smarter photographer sorting (most active first), cleaner event filters. Notifications now show sender avatars with a follow button right there in the row, so you can follow back without leaving the screen. Go offline? No problem! A banner now lets you know when you've lost connection, and when a page fails to load you'll see a clear error message and a retry button instead of just an empty screen. We also squashed a bunch of bugs across the avatar crop editor, photo viewer, search, and city/spot creation flows.

This release adds profile photo cropping, likes and comments on photos, spots, routes, and plans, and a faster way to attach content to photos with unified search and nearby spots. We’ve also fixed some bugs on the full-screen photo viewer, edit screens, and city/spot creation for a more reliable experience.
