83 Data Cards. 70+ document types. Zero servers. Scan anything and OneScribe pulls out the line items, deadlines, and dates that actually matter.
Your documents have stories. Now you can hear them.
OneScribe turns every receipt, contract, ID, and letter you scan into something you can actually use — read, understood, searched, and exported. All of it happens on your iPhone.
NEW — TALK TO YOUR DOCUMENTS
Ask a question out loud and hear the answer back. Voice conversation runs entirely on your device: on-device speech recognition, on-device AI, on-device speech synthesis. Ask "when does this warranty run out?" while you're still holding the box.
WHAT IT ACTUALLY DOES
Scan with the camera or import from Files. OneScribe reads the page, works out what it is, and builds a Data Card designed for that specific document.
Receipt? Every line item, tax, tip, and total.
Contract? Deadlines, renewal windows, and the clauses worth a second look.
Prescription? Dosage, refills, and the prescriber.
Boarding pass, W-2, wine label, lab result, lease, vehicle title — 83 Data Cards across 70+ document types.
Not a wall of OCR text. Structured information you can search, sort, and act on.
PRIVACY IS THE ARCHITECTURE, NOT A SETTING
Every other scanner uploads your documents to understand them. Your tax returns, your medical records, your contracts — sitting on somebody else's hardware.
OneScribe runs its AI on your iPhone through Apple Foundation Models. There's no account to create. We never see your documents. Your library syncs across your devices through your own iCloud — to you, never to us.
BUILT FOR HOW YOU ACTUALLY WORK
• Ask your whole library questions in plain English
• Chat with any document in any of 7 personas, from Just the Facts to Deep Dive
• A daily briefing that surfaces what needs attention before you go looking
• Proactive alerts before warranties lapse, returns close, and documents expire
• 19 smart export modes — Calendar, Contacts, PDF, CSV, tax package, expense report, property binder
• 14 Siri shortcuts, so you can ask without opening the app
• Natural-language search across everything you have ever scanned
MADE FOR THIS iPHONE
iOS 26 exclusive. Liquid Glass throughout.
Scan something. Then ask it a question.
I like the UI and the user experience overall is very straightforward. This app is going to find a lot of use for sure. Bought the full version as this is fully worth it. Thanks for the cool export features, and thank you for not collecting data (it would be cool to know what the “other user content” App store privacy label part is and if thats stored locally or remotely) and not introducing 3rd party stuff that typically does.Great app!
Developer Response
Thank you for the great feedback! That privacy label I selected just out of pure precaution to be transparent. Since it mentioned ads and I wanted to buy ads.. I will release a new version tonight that removes that since I have read the policy now. Thank you for supporting me.
App is awesome and dev is extremely responsive!!!
DrTrashman
Had a small bug and dev answered quickly with an update!!!
Talk to your documents. Out loud.
• Voice conversation — ask a question out loud and hear the answer back. Speech recognition, the AI, and the voice itself all run on your device, so the whole conversation stays on your iPhone. Ask "when does this warranty expire?" while you are still holding the box.
• A daily briefing worth reading — your briefing now reads like a short editorial on your library instead of a list: what is due, what changed, what deserves a look. Written fresh on device, every morning.
• A brand new first run — instead of a slideshow, OneScribe now runs a live extraction on the kind of document you actually care about, then shows you how your library connects as a constellation. Five beats, then you are in.
• Faster scanning — barcodes are now read during the OCR pass instead of a second parallel one. Less work per page, quicker Data Cards.
• Honest download progress — voice model downloads now report real progress instead of sitting at zero while the weights come down.
Plus a deep fix pass: back-side scans persist reliably, bundled Smart PDF exports no longer collide on filenames, Share Extension imports coordinate cleanly, and several analysis race conditions are gone for good.
All AI runs on your device. Always.
