Calendar ToDo - Progress Log
Track calendar progress
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
See today's schedule, what's left, and what you've recorded at a glance—then move naturally into progress tracking and review.
Turn your calendar into a progress log you can review later.
Calendar ToDo reads your existing calendar events and lets you record completion, partial progress, and reflections inside the app only — without creating, editing, or deleting your calendar events.
Because Calendar ToDo works with events shown in the built-in Calendar app, you can use calendars from iCloud, Google Calendar, Outlook, and other accounts synced to your iPhone or iPad. Calendar ToDo only reads those calendar events. Your completion and progress records are stored separately by the app and can sync across your devices through your private iCloud account when iCloud sync is enabled.
Use the Monthly Calendar to see each day’s events and progress at a glance. Mark events as Done, record partial progress when something moved forward, and review completed weeks with Weekly Reports.
Key Features
- Check events and progress from the Monthly Calendar
- Explore daily and calendar-specific completion patterns in Dashboard heatmaps
- View events shown in the built-in Calendar app, including calendars from iCloud, Google Calendar, and Outlook
- Browse today’s calendar events and mark them Done with one tap
- Record partial progress when an event was not fully completed
- Review completed weeks with Weekly Reports
- See time use, completion results, events that moved forward, tasks that needed more attention, and reflection tags
- Add reflection tags such as Review timing, Add rest, Split smaller, Focused, and Timing worked
- Get end-of-event reminders with Mark Done and Remind in 1 hour actions
- Notice schedule changes such as new events, time shifts, and missing routines
- Sync completion and progress records across devices with iCloud
Calendar ToDo is for people who already plan with a calendar and want a simple way to look back on what actually got done, what moved forward, and what may need attention.
Some features — including detailed past Weekly Reports, expanded Schedule Changes, Markdown copy/share, and extended history — are available with Calendar ToDo Plus (monthly or yearly). Eligible subscribers may receive a 1-month free trial with the monthly plan.
