In Pure MMA: Manager, you don't hold the mitts, and you don't control the punches. Your battleground is the negotiation table, the matchmaker's inbox, and the global talent wire. You build careers, one calculated risk at a time. THE JOB OF A MANAGER You are the architect of your fighters' careers. Strategic Matchmaking: Advise your clients on which fights to take and which killers to avoid. Lobby promoters for better opponents and fight for main-event card placements. Outside the Cage: Search for external opportunities to build their net worth. Book paid sparring sessions, seminars, podcasts, and film roles—but carefully balance the financial upside against the energy and focus they need for their next training camp. Gym Synergy: A fighter's environment dictates their success. A counter-striker losing decisions at an aggressive kickboxing camp might suddenly become a knockout artist if you move them to a gym that fits their natural rhythm. WHEN THE CAGE DOOR CLOSES Ultimately, when the referee signals the start of the bout, your job is done. You are helpless. You can only watch the live broadcast ticker and find out if your management worked. Fights are resolved by a deeply calibrated, data-driven combat simulation. You will watch high-IQ fighters wait for their moments, desperate wrestlers panic-shoot when hurt, and time-conscious opponents take massive risks in the third round when they know they are down on the scorecards. HEALTH VS. WEALTH Damage in this game does not magically reset. Every brutal weight cut, every flash knockout, and every five-round war permanently degrades a fighter's "Chin Integrity" and adds to their career mileage. Will you accept a life-changing payday against a terrifying opponent, knowing it might irreversibly damage your client? Or do you play it safe, risking their trust as they grow impatient with your cautious strategy? A LIVING ECOSYSTEM Fighters are not spreadsheets; they have egos, ambitions, and limits. A "Company Man" might trust your slow-build approach, while a demanding "Diva" will threaten to leave for a rival agency if you don't secure them a title shot. Handle missed weights, injuries, and short-notice fight offers that can fast-track a career or end it prematurely. THE EPILOGUE Every career ends. The only question is how. When your fighter finally hangs up the gloves, their retirement is graded. Did you secure a "Perfect" retirement, leaving them wealthy, healthy, and bound for the Hall of Fame? its a pretty fun game but id like for u to make it either easier or tell us how in the tutorial how to book fighters cuz i cant book anyone and they are gettin mad at me like its my fault

You don't have the money or reputation to attend events and approach fighters yourself, so fighters have to come to you — they'll reach out through your inbox when they want representation. Sign them through there.Once a fighter is signed, they'll let you know in the inbox when they're fight-ready. While you wait, tap their profile and scroll down — you can lock in sponsorship deals to bring in steady money between fights. Take what you can get early on.When they're ready, head to the Fight Finder (the Gig Board). Pick your fighter, then choose one of three matchup types:Build Confidence — a weaker opponent. Useful after a loss or when debuting a new signing.Even Test — a similar-level opponent. Tests where they really stand.Showcase — a stronger opponent. Risky, but a win builds the reputation that draws promotions.Tap "Start Calling" and the offer will arrive in your inbox the following week. Accept it like any other fight offer.One thing worth knowing: at the local level you usually can't afford to attend events in person — that's fine, just skip ahead to results when event day comes. Took me a very frustrating hour to figure out how to sign fighters and make money in this game. The tutorial does nothing to tell you how to actually play the game, so my first note…fix the tutorial to describe the actual mechanics of sponsorships, waiting to sign, how to manually book fights, etc. Now, about these mechanics. The devs made this game WAYY too grindy for a $5 paid manager sim.But once you learn them, they grow on you. There should be a sandbox option for sure, infinite money, hire who you want, start from wherever, etc. I was going into this expecting there would be one as most management mobile sims have this as a payable option…and you have to pay for this game…However, I will say, if this was free I’d recommend it to everyone, it has layers, there’s thought out sponsorships and contracts, fighters can get called out, I appreciate these small additions…but It feels like a standard sim game with 0 freedom. it should just have ads, be free, and have a payable option to turn them off.I would love to see other modes, like a Dana White Mode or something that makes it worth $. I feel this offers LESS than the MMA team manager games, and other free mma games like project MMA…but at least there’s no in game purchases.

Wish there was a speed up option in fights. Biggest concern is bugs have a 5-0 fighter who is ready to book but isn’t showing up in make a fight he isn’t suspended either. Just seems a little buggy. Games crashing when you sign contracts. Fighters not able to get fights. When you discuss contracts the game crashes and sends you back in time a couple weeks. Your fighters always lose and dominantly when you try to watch. Fighters who should win still lose. Fighters who are all takedown stats don’t shoot at all when you watch fights it’s just all in all so bad and buggy

Worth checking his reputation tier.Fighters not getting fights — if a fighter is signed to a promotion, the promotion offers them fights rather than the other way around (same as real MMA). If you want to push for a specific matchup, head to the Promotions screen, pick the promotion and weight class, and use the Lobby button on the fighter you want.On takedowns — the fight engine is calibrated against two studies covering 1,600 real UFC fights, and takedowns are actually much rarer than most people expect (around 1.8 per fight on average). A wrestler needs to either earn an advantage or catch the opponent off-balance to land one, and dominant wrestlers need speed, strength, explosiveness and fight IQ working together. So a takedown-stat-heavy fighter who lacks the supporting attributes will struggle to shoot effectively — that's by design rather than a bug.On your fighters always losing when you watch — I've put over 200 hours into testing and haven't seen this pattern, and the watched and unwatched fights run through the exact same simulation. It's possible there's something specific to your save that I'm not seeing, though. I'd give the developer some time to make some updates. A little too grindy, I think the manager should start off with more than 1,000. As if takes a couple weeks before fighters begin to take interest on you and you start off in a bad spot with some debt. I'm excited to see the progress of this game.

I'd give the developer some time to make some updates. A little too grindy, I think the manager should start off with more than 1,000. Free agency, rebuilt. You can now sign fighters who are already under promotion contracts — the fighter who needs a manager isn't always the one without a job. Every free agent now comes with a real career behind them: record, history, and a reputation you can scout. The higher the level, the fewer are available, so scouting to find the ones worth chasing matters more than ever. Also in this update: • Reworked scouting filters — search by fighting discipline and quality band to find exactly the fighter you're looking for • Fixed a bug that stopped you signing fighters at the same reputation level as your agency • Free agency now populates properly from your chosen starting scenario, from day one
