BREATHE SOMEWHERE REAL
56 filmed scenes across 11 moods ocean, forest, sunset, night sky, autumn woodland, mountains, rain, waterfalls, open fields. Every session runs against real footage. Choose your own, or let each pattern bring the scene that suits it.
FIND YOUR RHYTHM
13 guided patterns, including 4-7-8, 4-6, 4-4-8, 6-10 and box breathing 4-4-4-4. A shape traces your breath as you go a line, a triangle, a square, a circle so you always know where you are in the cycle without counting. Too fast or too slow? Adjust any rhythm second by second until it fits you.
SOMETHING TO FOLLOW WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED
Spoken cues mark every step of the breath, so you do not have to watch the screen at all. Layer them over 11 sound mixes soft waves, rain, night ambience, distant streets or run the guide alone in silence.
