Track Your Shoe Mileage
Only for iPhone
Free · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
Auto-track your shoe loadout via Strava or Apple Health. Let data drive your rotation, prevent injuries, and know exactly when to replace dead gear.
Take control of your running gear with TreadLeft.
TreadLeft connects directly to Strava and Apple Health to automate your shoe tracking. No more manual logs or guessing games—know exactly how many miles are on every pair in your rotation, how your gear is performing, and precisely when it’s time to retire them.
KEY FEATURES:
Seamless Activity Syncing: Connect Strava and Apple Health to import your runs instantly. We automatically match activities to your active rotation, so your dashboard is always up to date.
Tactical Shoe Loadout: Build your ultimate arsenal. Assign distinct roles to your shoes (Daily Trainer, Race Day, Trail, Recovery) and monitor the health of each category at a glance to ensure your rotation is perfectly balanced.
Visual Wear Tracking: See the health of your gear instantly. Colour-coded progress bars (Fresh, Worn, Critical) help you visualise wear, protect your joints from dead foam, and prevent injury.
The Finishers: Every shoe has a lifespan. When it's time to put a pair out to pasture, send them to the Finishers to preserve their lifetime stats and share a custom retirement card on your feed.
Advanced Analytics: Deep dive into your data. Dedicated Performance and Gear tabs show your weekly mileage trends, wear rates, and total distance across your entire inventory.
Live Shoe Deals: See the best prices on the exact models you need from major retailers, updated in real time. Set a price alert, and we'll notify you the moment your shoe drops below your target—so you never miss a flash sale.
Smart Dashboard: Your running command centre surfaces exactly what needs attention—unassigned runs, critical wear alerts, rest-day reminders, and automated retirement countdowns based on your actual weekly pace.
more Enjoying the app and its overall clean design. Some of the metrics seem skewed from Strava such as my weekly mileage being heavily inflated and some of the charts could be labeled better vs just a visual bar chart comparison of mileage. Additionally, when I tried taking a pic of the shoe’s tread (which is an awesome desire) I just received text on the screen that said ghost camera unavailable.
