Improvements to AI features. If your organization reaches its AI usage limit, the app now shows a clear message and AI resumes automatically at the next day or month, instead of failing with an error. Also includes general reliability fixes.

New: Reference Photo. Forms can now show fixed reference images, such as a planogram or a promo display guide, right beside the questions they apply to, so you no longer scroll back to the top to compare. Tap an image to see it full size. Images are saved to your phone and work offline. Also: small fixes to how submissions display.

A refreshed look that follows your organization's brand colour and stays readable at any text size. Lock the app with Face ID or fingerprint from App Settings. The app icon shows a badge for unread chat messages. Display Preferences is now Preferences. The organization picker shows full names, and requests to Raios360 support are shown apart from your organization's own tickets. Organizations can require a branch on every client visit.

Forms can now require you to be at the client or branch location before submitting, and each submission records whether you were there. The location of every form submission is recorded. Check-in uses each visit form's location rule. Clearer messages when you are too far from the site. Fixes and improvements.

Security improvements: passwords now need at least 8 characters, including a letter and a number. If your current password doesn't meet this, the sign-in screen will ask you to reset it. Support ticket attachments and chats are also better protected.

Pages: split-bar sections now show subtitles, plain numbers without a percent sign, and long labels in full. Organization metrics on a page can be shown for just the record you are looking at. Improvements in data handling

Exported PDFs now show your photos. Receipt and inspection photos captured inside repeating rows previously printed as a long web address instead of the picture. Dates and locations read correctly on exported PDFs. Dates print as dates rather than raw timestamps, a date field no longer prints a time nobody entered, and GPS locations print as readable coordinates. Record Pages can stamp themselves with the current date and time, which prints on PDFs and passes. Fixed: a page section could lose its access restriction when edited, making content visible to people it was meant to be hidden from. General reliability and security improvements.

• Conditional fields inside a Section now hide and show correctly. Previously they appeared straight away regardless of the rule, and anything typed into a field that should have been hidden was discarded when the form was submitted. • Record picker filters now narrow each other, so choosing a category limits the options in the next filter instead of listing everything. • Various stability and reliability improvements.

Photo and video capture limits are now set by your administrator, so media captured in the field arrives at a consistent size regardless of the device it came from. Photos taken on iPhones set to HEIC are now saved in a format that displays everywhere in the app and in reports, instead of uploading and appearing blank. HEIC files attached to a form's file field are now refused with a clear message, where they previously appeared to upload and then went missing. Video capture quality can now be configured per form. Support ticket attachments now accept files up to 25 MB, matching the limit for form media. Report groupings now show people's names rather than internal identifiers, and product columns display correctly. Stability and reliability improvements.

Fixes for offline sync and form entry. - Submissions that cannot upload no longer retry indefinitely or hold up the rest of the sync queue. A submission that fails now tells you why instead of staying on "pending". - The home screen no longer reports "all synced" when a submission has failed. - Retry now retries immediately. - Fixed the Address fields discarding a space as you typed it. - Spreadsheets, CSV files and Word documents can now be attached to forms.
