All My Life is a modern mood journal with an AI companion—built to help you capture your day, stay consistent, and understand your emotional patterns over time.
Write a quick note, add photos if you want, and let the app gently guide you toward reflection. When you finish an entry, AI can suggest a mood and offer a short, supportive message in your selected language. Over time, your journal becomes a clear picture of your trends—so you can notice what’s helping, what’s draining you, and how your month is really going.

Privacy & connectivity
Your journal entries are stored on your device. If you choose to use AI features, your entry text is sent to an AI service to generate mood analysis and insights, so an internet connection is required for those features.
