New Apple integration to improve the coverage of street-level imagery.
Find the perfect overnight spot for your campervan, motorhome, or road trip — powered by a community of 400,000+ real locations across Europe and the entire world.
EXPLORE THE MAP
Browse camping spots, motorhome areas, free parking, rest stops, viewpoints, and more. Filter by spot type, available services (water, electricity, waste disposal...), minimum rating and how much shade a spot gets to find exactly what you need.
EVERY SPOT AT A GLANCE
- Ratings and reviews from real travelers
- Photos from the community
- Available services and activities
- Precise GPS coordinates with direct navigation
- Street-level views to preview the location
FIRE AWARENESS
Two map layers show you what is burning and what has burnt. Satellite heat detections from NASA FIRMS refresh through the day, alongside this season's burnt-area perimeters . A spot's page flags any detection close by with its distance and direction, and tapping one shows the satellite that saw it, its confidence, and how long ago. These are thermal anomalies, not confirmed fires — always check official local sources before you travel.
SUN & SHADE
Every spot shows how shaded it is, based on tree canopy data, so you can filter the map down to spots with real shade on a hot afternoon. Each spot also has a sun path:
sunrise and sunset times with the compass direction the sun rises and sets in, so you can park facing the way you want.
LOCAL CONDITIONS
Check real-time information before you arrive:
- Weather forecast
- Mobile network coverage
- Fire risk alerts
- Traffic conditions
TRAVEL GUIDES & EXPERIENCES
Explore country guides with local regulations, speed limits, toll information, and practical tips. Discover travel experiences shared by the community — real itineraries, tips, and stories from fellow travelers to inspire your next trip.
GO OFFLINE (Premium subscription)

TIDAL FOR COASTAL SPOTS (Premium subscription)
Get tidal information, water heights and coefficients for all coastal spots so you can go fishing, kayaking, swimming.. with no doubts!
REAL-TIME FUEL PRICES (Premium subscription)
Never overpay for fuel again. GoodSpots displays live prices from over 10,000 fuel stations across France, updated every 4 hours from official government data. Color-coded markers make it easy to find the cheapest option at a glance. Filter by fuel type -- Gazole, SP95, SP98, E10, E85, or GPLc -- and the map updates instantly. Tap any station for detailed pricing, opening hours, and one-tap driving directions. When browsing a spot, see the 5 nearest fuel stations with prices and distance.

Spot details, redesigned
• Every French spot now tells you which networks actually reach it. Orange, SFR, Free and Bouygues each get a chip showing the best technology available — 5G, 4G or 3G — and how good 4G is where it matters. Carriers that don't reach the spot say so, so you get an answer either way.
• The answers first: can you sleep here, will your vehicle fit (the height limit is checked against yours), how much shade, how high up — all in one block. Extra information appear when they matter: a fire nearby, the price, the access, a stay limit, the ground.
• Everything is now grouped and named: On site, Getting there, Conditions, Reviews.
• "Rate this spot" easily accessible
• Adding or correcting a detail uses the same button everywhere and you can actually find it now.
Map
• Buttons show their state clearly: filled when on, white when off spot visibility, filters, favourites and route.
Display and translation fixes.
