Improvements Settings Backup & Restore — Export your equipment inventory, programming state, warmup config, and rest timers as a JSON backup file, and restore it later with one tap. Workout history is still exported separately as CSV so it stays compatible with other apps. Reset reminder — The "Reset All Data" confirmation now offers a "Back Up First" shortcut so you don't accidentally lose your equipment and program configuration. Import without a starting workout — You can now import a CSV before completing initial setup; the app infers your starting weights, increments, failure history, and A/B alternation from the imported workouts. State inference on import — Imported workout history now restores not just weights but also failure counts, modification levels (deloads, dropped sets), and which deadlift alternate is up next — so your next workout picks up exactly where the data left off. Use Nearest Achievable Weight — New optional mode for users with non-standard barbells. The app rounds prescribed weights to what your plate inventory can actually load. Restart Initial Setup confirmation — Added a clear description and confirmation step so this option isn't triggered by accident. Import CSV from empty History — When you have no workouts logged, the History tab now shows an Import CSV button directly. Bug Fixes Re-importing a Simple Strength CSV export now works correctly (the app's own export format is recognized). Fixed warmup panels disappearing after a recent state-persistence change. Fixed duplicate equipment entries that could appear due to a race condition during setup. Fixed the achievable-weight toggle styling to match the rest of the app. Fixed warmup state resetting when switching tabs, and increment changes not immediately reflecting in the next prescribed weight. Reset All Data now properly clears iCloud Key-Value storage and returns you to onboarding. Cleared a stale calibration-workout flag that could carry over between sessions.
