Shows and seasons • A show's page now lists every season with its poster, episode count and summary. • Selecting a season opens its own page, with just that season's episodes and extras. • Extras and special features resume where you left off. Playback • Fixed videos failing to play on some home networks. • Autoplay no longer flashes black between episodes or skips one. • Playback errors now say what went wrong instead of showing one generic message. • On the Up Next page, Play Next and Dismiss can be selected, Back returns to the video, and the countdown ring animates. • Captions are the size Apple TV uses in its own player, and a caption placed left or right stays at that edge. Browsing and search • Jump straight to a letter with the new A to Z bar in title-sorted libraries. • Holding Up or Down keeps scrolling instead of losing your place. • Home rows follow the libraries you pin to Home on your Plex server, in your sidebar order. • The collapsed sidebar no longer covers the top row of content or the search field. • Moving up from search results now reaches the keyboard. Live TV and Settings • Live TV guide groups move up and down correctly, and the guide is no longer pushed down by the sidebar. • New Input Test under Settings, About, which records what your remote actually sends. • Losing the server now shows a single clear message, and starting playback while it's unreachable offers a retry.
