ZonedIn is an AI scheduling system for focused work. It learns your priorities, availability, and execution history — then fills your week with focused sessions before you have to think about it. HOW IT WORKS Set Your Areas Define 3–6 life areas: Work, School, Fitness, Learning, whatever drives you. Each area gets a weekly target, a default session length, and optional fixed hours. Build Your Backlog Capture tasks into each area's backlog whenever they come to mind. Tasks sit unscheduled until you tap Plan. Tap Plan One button. Our trained AI places your unscheduled tasks into the open slots of the next 7 days — working around everything already locked: calendar busy blocks, recurring commitments, area hours, and existing sessions. Run it again when you capture more tasks. It never touches what's already scheduled. Lock In When a session starts, ZonedIn takes over the screen. No navigation away. One "End Session" button, with friction. The display stays awake for the full session. You finish, or you consciously choose to stop. Close the Loop Every Sunday, AI scores your week — points earned versus points possible, broken down by area. Two or three sentences on what worked, what didn't, and one concrete suggestion for next week.
