Listen again. Finished a book? Start it from the beginning with one tap, from the player, the book page or the mini player. Skip between chapters. New buttons in the player take you to the previous or next chapter. A new book page. A bigger cover, the key details at a glance, your progress in the book and an easier-to-read description. A floating mini player. It now floats above the screen in the colours of the book you're listening to. A fresh look for Current Reads. Books you're in the middle of show your chapter, the time left and your progress. Smoother loading. The player shows a gentle loading animation, then continues exactly where you left off. Fixed: listening progress could jump back to the start of a chapter when switching between books.

A redesigned player. The book's title now sits at the top, the cover is bigger, and the background takes on the colours of the cover you're listening to. Faster start, smoother listening. Books open and start playing noticeably faster, and covers load more quickly. Skip 10 seconds from your headphones and lock screen. The controls on your lock screen and headphones now jump 10 seconds back or forward. A more reliable sleep timer. The sleep timer now stops playback reliably, even when the screen is locked. Clearer subscription information. The app now shows a free trial only if you can still get one, together with the price that applies after it. Better on smaller screens. Text on the sign-in screen, in My Library and in the player no longer gets cut off on smaller phones or with larger text sizes. Plus smaller fixes and stability and security improvements.

A subscription page that fits your screen. On smaller devices the bottom of the page was cut off, hiding the subscribe button. The page now scrolls properly at any screen size. Clearer wording throughout. We went through every message in the app and made the tone consistent and more natural to read. Plus a round of smaller fixes and stability work.

This update resolves issues with filtering books in the library.

This update is about the small changes. Your subscription now begins with a proper welcome, "See all" under Currently listening takes you straight to My Library, and subscription status refreshes more reliably. Plus the usual round of fixes and polish.

Version 1.1.0 brings a more informative login page, new categories on the home page, and improved library browsing and search.

This update introduces subscriptions. Some content is now available with a subscription, which gives full access to the complete library. New users can start with a free trial, while free users can still explore the app and available free content. We also made small improvements and fixes to support the new access model.
