VITALSCORE

How old is your body, really? Body Age estimates your biological age based on VO2Max, HRV, resting heart rate, and body composition. Track how your habits move the needle over time.

Hey! This update makes your Heart Rate Zones smarter, your sleep data more accurate, and Body Check more reliable.
What's new:
- Heart Rate Zone settings now let you pick your preferred method (% Max HR, Karvonen, Lactate Threshold, or Manual) via a clean bottom sheet. Your Max HR and Resting HR are auto-detected and persist across sessions.
- Body Check is now smarter about what it flags. Fewer false alarms, meaningful deviation thresholds, and multi-signal context when several metrics are off at once. SpO2 below 93% is always flagged as a safety measure.
- Sleep duration is now accurate even if you use multiple devices. Fixed an overlap issue that could inflate your total sleep time.
- Weekly and monthly recaps now filter out the warmup/rest zone so you can focus on real training intensity.
