A big reliability-and-polish release. WireView holds up better against the messy parts of AVFoundation, recovers instead of losing recordings, keeps an eye on unattended sessions, and now speaks a lot more languages. - Capture errors actually surface now. A failed screenshot, recording, save, or copy-to-clipboard shows an alert telling you what went wrong instead of nothing happening and you only finding out later. - A failed recording no longer disappears. If WireView can't combine the recording into a single file at the end, it keeps every clip, moves them out of the temp folder, and reveals them in Finder. - Fixed a hard crash when recording started before the video was ready. Hitting record right after connecting (before the device's video format settled) could throw an AVFoundation exception that took the whole app down. It now fails with an alert instead. (AVFoundation is still a mess but at least it's not MY mess.) - Detects the iOS "stuck and not sending frames" bug. Sometimes a connected, unlocked device shows up in the sidebar but never streams (the tell: your status bar isn't showing 9:41). WireView now shows an overlay suggesting a phone restart and disables the recording buttons instead of crashing. - Fixed a regression where copying in Crop mode captured the full screen instead of just the crop region. - Mute the preview's audio passthrough with a button (keyboard shortcut M). This only mutes the live preview. Recording audio is unaffected. - New setting (off by default) for how long WireView waits before disconnecting the session once its window goes inactive. Useful if you keep your device plugged in but don't want it in capture mode all the time. - "You still there?" reminders let you know when a recording keeps running unattended, with proper notification-permission handling. - If AMFI is disabled on your Mac, macOS silently refuses camera access and WireView used to just look broken. It now detects that and tells you to re-enable AMFI and restart. - WireView is localized in German, Spanish (Spain, Latin America, and US), French (France and Canada), Italian, Japanese, Russian, Turkish, and Simplified Chinese, including all the error messages, recovery prompts, and alerts. - "Screen" is now "Screenshot" throughout the strings (Copy Screenshot, Save Screenshot, Save Screenshot As, Open Screenshot in). - Clarified the camera-permission explanation and tidied up copy throughout.
