I been using this program since before it was an app and since I started the medication. It has everything that I want to track and know, and more. It tracks everything my provider and dietician calculate and track but this way it’s all at my fingertips and I don’t have to calculate anything . I love the comparison between the trial data and other users. The tips and reports are right on target. Anytime I worry it’s not working I can look at the comparison data and see I’m right on target (vs just my provider telling me).I love the layout and uncluttered pages and color schemes too. Being very visual that is important to me. I sit in front of a screen all day, so always in a hurry. I sync everything to make sure I track everything I need to. It linked flawlessly with my Apple health that is synced with my scale and a hub for my health. I hope the app can continue to be free so everyone has access to this in depth information and instead of charging possibly adding a feature often referred to as”buy a cup of coffee for developer”.
My all-in-one tracking app!
HeatherKristin
I was honestly resistant to using Glapp in the beginning, but the app has absolutely won me over! Being on a GLP-1 and a data girlie, the Glapp app is a dream. Weekly reports of my progress, tracking logs of shots, weight (also compared to peers on the medication!) are so handy. Glapp surged to the front of the line for me with their “supply” tracking. Prior to this, my supply tracking was manually adding mgs from looking at the vials in the fridge. Now, I can quickly check the app to have a clear picture of my supply health. Today, I expressed my one desire was to be able to customize the shot colors on the graph (minor detail, but was literally the only thing tying me to an old app - I love aesthetically pleasing colors) and the developer responded to let me know this IS indeed a capability, with instruction for how to accomplish. This app is great already, but knowing that the developer is always looking for ways to improve and truly listening to their target audience is such a rare but appreciated aspect.
Prefer this one over shotsy
Data obsessed
I just recently came across this app and been only using it for two weeks. But I already see that it has way more insight than shotsy (I have a paid subscription to shotsy). I like glapps weekly reports that summarizes all effects (side effects, and the positive effects as well). At one glance I see where I am in the medication cycle, and as I keep feeding the app with more data, the more obsessed I get with the charts and graphs. (E.g. how I compare the peers or my data vs trial data) and my side effects compared to drug levels. And as a bonus, I was able to easily import my data from shotsy.
Not ok with the forced update splash
Joseph Carrello
This app has been great up until today. When I opened it, I was hit with a splash screen that completely locked me out unless I updated the app. That felt totally unnecessary.Feel free to suggest an update when one’s available, but randomly locking users out just to force an update to the latest version is not the way to do it. Barring that, this is a 5 star app. For now, it’s a 1.**UPDATE**— given the response from the dev, changing my review to 5. Thank you for listing to your users!
Developer Response
Hi Joseph, really sorry about this, and thanks for calling it out. That update included important changes to how Progress Reports work, but you’re right — blocking access like that isn’t a great experience. We’ve already adjusted the update flow so it won’t lock users out in most cases going forward.Really appreciate your feedback and support, hope you’ll give the latest version a try.
• Major update to Progress Reports: faster loading, new summary, weight trends, and detailed breakdowns by dosage and shot size
• Improved tracking: sleep tracking details and ability to log multiple feelings per day
• New option to switch app theme in Settings
• UI improvements and refinements across the app
