Each request follows a configurable, multi-stage workflow managed in Odoo, with real-time status updates reflected instantly in the mobile app. Built for scalability and ease of use, the app provides a clear overview of open, closed, and all requests, helping users stay informed while enabling management teams to maintain full control through Odoo.
