Owners and admins now get a full Manage hub on their phone — dispatch board, crew schedule, and every job in the organization — while technicians keep the focused field view built for a truck and a pair of gloves. NEW IN THIS RELEASE • Calendar navigation on My Day — swipe through weeks, jump to any month, and see what's coming without leaving the screen. • Claim your own work. The Jobs tab shows unassigned jobs so techs can pick up work without calling the office. • Invoice before you leave the driveway. Create and send a final invoice in two taps, and choose whether it goes out by email or as a text from your own phone. • You decide the billable hours. Completing a job now shows you the measured time on site and asks what to actually bill — including nothing at all. • Estimates end to end: build a quote on site, get it approved, convert it to a job, invoice it. • QuickBooks sync for customers and invoices. RELIABILITY AND PRIVACY • Offline work is yours alone. Photos and status updates queue against the account that made them and can't sync under the next person to sign in. • Job photos and customer signatures are now private files, reachable only by people with access to that job. • Technicians see the customers and jobs assigned to them — not the whole customer book.
