有害事象共通用語規準（CTCAE: Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events）v6.0 日本語訳JCOG版を元に、抗がん剤の臨床試験の安全性評価で使用される用語をリスト化しました。用語を元にGrade 1〜5の詳細を検索可能です。ただし、あいまい検索や英語での検索に対応できていませんので、ご注意ください。
また、CTCAEv6.0への改訂では、SOC「臨床検査」に含まれる、ALT増加、AST増加、血中ビリルビン増加、GGT増加において、治療開始前（ベースライン）の検査値が基準範囲内（正常）か異常かでGradeの定義が異なっています。これらの臨床検査値異常のGradeの定義がCTCAEv5.0とも異なるため、このアプリによりv6.0に対応したGradeを判定できるようにしました。
抗がん剤の臨床試験にかかわるCRA（モニター）、CRC、医師等の医療従事者のお役に立てば幸いです。医療従事者への日頃の感謝を込めて、無料です。
