• Locked out? Tell us how many locks are locked and your price covers them all • Quick questions for jammed locks, loose or broken knobs and smart locks, so your technician comes prepared • The same questions and an exact price before you book, whichever way you start • If your price can't load, you'll see Try again instead of $0 • Before we send a technician, confirm you can let us in and will show ID • The Help Center and Terms list the current service fees

• Installing or replacing a lock now takes a few quick taps: pick the lock (deadbolt, smart lock, knob or lever, or mortise), whether it fits the same holes, and your door type • Already bought the new lock? Say so and you won't pay for hardware • Your price updates as soon as you change an answer • Your technician sees exactly what to install and whether to bring the lock

• Quotes made without a photo now say so clearly, and explain when drilling or a new cylinder may change the price • Adding a lock photo now updates your quote for every service, so the AI Lock Analyzer can give you an exact price • More accurate lock analysis results

• The AI Lock Analyzer card on the home screen is clearer: a short description and a "Scan Lock" button to get an upfront price from a lock photo • Small layout refinements on the home screen

• Home screen icons are back to their clean outline style • Home layout no longer shifts when you drag on the service cards • After rating your technician, Done takes you straight to the home screen with a thank-you • The "What did you like?" choices are now laid out in two tidy columns

If your technician gets stuck in heavy traffic or hits a road closure, your booking now stays active at the same price while we find a replacement, and the app tells you what happened. After a completed job, you can rate your technician and share feedback right in the app. Booking is more reliable on weak connections: a request that reached us is never sent twice, and the app recovers it if your connection drops. If a card payment is declined, you can switch to another card right away.

Signing in during booking no longer clears your address, time or photos. Fixed a step where booking could get stuck after a lock photo failed to price. Selecting a saved card no longer books instantly. You confirm first, and a double tap can no longer create two bookings. Receipts no longer crash when opened. Cancelling is clear: free until your technician arrives, and the fee shown is the fee charged. Live tracking is more reliable.

Exact upfront pricing for vehicle key jobs, including make-specific rates for car key replacement and lockouts. Watch your locksmith on a live map while they are on the way. Scheduled bookings now save at the time you selected, year-round. More consistent lock photo analysis, and the confidence score now displays correctly.
