You optimize everything, your work, your training plan, your recovery. Everything except your jiu-jitsu, which still lives in your head and disappears the moment you leave the mat.
BRAWLER AI fixes that. It's the training journal built for how jiu-jitsu actually happens: fast, messy, and impossible to remember by Wednesday.
LOG IN SECONDS. BY VOICE OR TEXT.
Just talk. Right after class, tap the mic and say what happened. BRAWLER AI transcribes it and turns the chaos into structured notes, the techniques you drilled, the rounds you rolled, who you trained with, and what actually worked.
AN AI THAT UNDERSTANDS JIU-JITSU
This isn't a generic note app. BRAWLER AI knows positions, submissions, guards, and passes. It maps your entries to a real technique library, tracks your sparring, and surfaces the patterns you can't see from inside your own game.
A COACH THAT KNOWS YOUR GAME
Ask questions and get answers grounded in your training history, not generic advice off the internet. See what's trending, what's stalling, and where to put your reps next.

The best way I’ve found for journaling my BJJ training.
Stumptown Dave
After nearly three years of BJJ training, one of my frustrations has been learning technique from the instructors in class, only to have it disappear the next time I am on the mat trying to call it up from memory. Brawler AI app allows me to organize my post-training lessons in writing and in video, in the car, right after each class. If my memory is hit-and-miss even then, the AI features can help fill in gaps and put them in an organized format. If I’ve made videos, I am able to add those to the journal entry as well, and call all of this up any time I feel in need of a technique review. There is no substitute for mat time, but keeping a detailed journal of what I learn each class, reviewing it when needed, can help make the most of my mat time.

I optimize pretty much everything except my jiu-jitsu. 😂This is the first thing I’ve found that actually seems to be working for me. I can just talk about my training and what happened during my rolls, and it keeps track of it and organizes it for me.The part I really didn’t expect was connecting it to Claude. Now I can be in the middle of a conversation and ask something like, “What have I been working on from the bottom over the last month?” and it can actually look at my previous training and tell me.Before Saturday’s class, I asked it to give me a quick summary of what I should be working on. It pointed out that I was spending too much time trying to get one particular move instead of finishing the position I had already created. It was right. That’s when I started thinking, OK, this might actually be useful.
Connect Apple Health. Turn on Health data in Settings and BRAWLER attaches your wearable workout to the training entry from the same day: start time, duration, calories, and heart rate min, average, and max. Read-only, off by default, and removable from any entry.
