What's New in 5.6.2 This update makes the Submission Packager more reliable when preparing your manuscript for submission. Fixed: cleanup no longer inserts a stray space where a line ended with % (LaTeX line-continuation). Fixed: a single-line verbatim/lstlisting block no longer causes the rest of the document to be mis-processed. Fixed: manuscripts with more than one \bibliography{} command are now handled correctly (no duplicated bibliography). Improved: Run Checks now also validates cleveref links — \cref, \Cref, \crefrange — and comma-separated lists like \cref{fig1,fig2}. New: optional "Remove \todo notes and review annotations" toggle to strip leftover \todo/\missingfigure markup before packaging (off by default).

TeX-based figures are now renamed in the same clean Fig1, Fig2, Fig3 order as image-based figures. Improved Figure Organizer Detection Enhanced Regex Parsing: Significant improvements to the image detection engine.
