Follow the classic box breathing rhythm: inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, and hold again for 4 seconds. A clear visual guide, optional sounds, and haptic cues help you stay with the timing without needing to watch the screen.
Start a session on your Apple Watch and feel gentle haptic cues on your wrist as each breathing phase changes. It is an easy way to practice when you want to put your iPhone aside.
Choose a session length and begin with one tap. Use it before work, during a study break, after a stressful moment, or as a quiet routine before sleep.
Completed sessions are saved automatically. Review your history in a calendar or graph, and switch between daily and monthly summaries to see your breathing time and progress. You can also save completed sessions to Apple Health as mindful minutes.
