Fast FITS viewing on mobile, with powerful multi-window comparison on larger screens. Explore your data effortlessly with intuitive touch controls.
FITS QuickLook Mobile is a lightweight viewer for fast inspection of astronomical FITS images on mobile devices. It is adapted from the macOS version of FITS QuickLook and optimized for touch-based interaction.
On smaller screens, the app provides a simple and responsive experience for viewing a single FITS file at a time.
On larger screens, each FITS file can open in its own window, making it convenient to compare multiple images side by side using multi-window workflows.
The app supports common FITS formats (.fit, .fits) and allows users to explore image data using touch or Apple Pencil on iPad.
FITS QuickLook Mobile does not collect, store, or share any personal data.
