i heart uses a compatible iPhone camera and flash to estimate your heart rate with camera-based PPG technology. Place your fingertip over the camera and flash, remain still, and follow the on-screen instructions. A typical Quick Check takes about 30 seconds.

Record blood pressure, blood glucose, weight, and oxygen saturation values obtained from other devices. The app does not measure these values using your iPhone.
• Reports and Local Backups
Review your information and export local backup files. Some reports and advanced features require Premium.
• Optional Nutrition Scan
Premium users can select a meal photo to send securely for cloud-based AI analysis and nutritional estimates.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Some features require an auto-renewing Premium subscription. Available plans, trial eligibility, prices, and billing periods are shown on the purchase screen before confirmation. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your App Store account settings.
