What's New: You can now join Troop purely as a helper — no dating profile required — be both a dater and a helper on one account, and set up your helper profile before a friend adds you. Plus general polish and fixes.

Welcome chooser as the first screen — "Are you single, or swiping for a friend?" — now leads onboarding (ahead of the age gate + intro). Helper sign-up without a troop (UI prototype) — a friend/family member can create a lightweight helper profile (name + 1 photo + relationship) and enter the app without a dating profile, then invite the person they want to help. "My Intel" tab for helpers hosts a reverse-invite: text a single friend to either download Troop & add you, or add you to their existing troop. Troop / collaborative features Swipe deck gating — swiping unlocks only once a troop exists and the area has launched (city-by-city waitlist); gated users see the waitlist dashboard with invite tools instead of a dead-end. Member offers / reverse invites (DB + flows) so helpers can request to join a dater's troop, confirmed in-app or via link. Editable helper avatar on My Intel; helper name/photo now flow onto the troop-member record (visible to the dater). App behavior & polish Daters default to Single mode (troop mode is reserved for actually helping someone else); mode resets on sign-out so accounts don't inherit each other's mode. Login screen copy cleaned up (tighter headline + value props). Fixes: "My Intel" tab label (was "Profile"), non-scrolling troop tab, and the Matches tab now shows a "pending waitlist" state instead of an endless spinner. Platform iOS bumped to 1.4 (build 2). Vitest test suite added (15 unit tests across invite/onboarding/welcome logic). Merged the latest main (12 upstream commits, incl. build code-splitting).
