The platform offers a secure and seamless digital experience based on trusted performance indicators and reliable ratings, enabling users to make informed decisions based on accurate and dependable information. This contributes to fostering a more organised and equitable working environment, while enhancing competitiveness among recruitment offices in delivering the highest standards of services and offers. The platform electronically manages all stages of domestic worker recruitment and employment under the supervision of the Ministry of Labour — from submitting requests and reviewing and comparing offers from licensed recruitment offices, through to the domestic worker commencing employment — with real-time tracking of all procedures and application stages.
