Fixed crashes that could happen during tie rounds and at the end of a game. Made joining more reliable, including jumping into a game that's already in progress. Improved scoring so ties and rounds where no one answers are handled correctly. Standings now show how fast you answered and your accuracy. Plus various smaller fixes.
