Drag and drop positive and negative point charges onto the field. Move them freely, select them, and adjust their strength to investigate how different configurations affect the field.
Field lines and field strength
Visualize the direction of the electric field with automatically generated field lines. Enable the field strength visualization to instantly see where the field is strong or weak. A grid helps you compare distances and develop intuition for spatial relationships.
Equipotential lines
Display equipotential lines to connect electric potential with field direction and geometry. This makes classic concepts like symmetry, dipoles, and superposition easier to understand.
Preset scenes
Start instantly with built-in example setups such as dipoles and other common charge arrangements—perfect for teaching, demonstrations, and quick experiments.
Test charge emitter (optional)
Use an optional particle emitter to release moving test charges and observe how the electric field influences their motion. This provides a dynamic view of acceleration and field-driven trajectories.
