Swoftr: Voice to Action

Speak it. We file it.

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Speak it once. Swoftr files a journal, reminder, calendar event, or parking pin. Voice notes and brain dumps, no typing, no friction. A safety net for busy minds. Speak it. Swoftr files it. Swoftr is the safety net for your thoughts. Tap the mic, talk, and stop. Your capture is transcribed and sorted into a journal, a reminder, a calendar event, a short snippet, or a Maps pin - so you never have to organize it in the moment. Voice-to-action. No typing. No friction. How it works Open Capture and press record. Say what’s on your mind - a feeling, a to-do, a meeting, a parking spot, a Wi‑Fi password. Swoftr transcribes on device, then files it in your Vault. What Swoftr can do • Voice capture - Live speech-to-text with a simple tap-to-record flow. • Auto-file - Journals, reminders, calendar events, and snippets are sorted for you. • Ghostwriter - Journal entries can get a clean title, polished wording, and a mood. • Apple Reminders & Calendar - Concrete to-dos and appointments can land where you already live. • Location pins - Say “save this location as my parking spot” (or a spoken address). Open it later in Apple Maps or Google Maps. • Vault - Search titles, bodies, original voice text, and moods. Filter by All, Reminders, Journal, or Snippets. Swipe to Remind, or File as Journal, Snippets, Reminders, or Calendar. • Shortcuts - “Capture thought in Swoftr,” plus Action Button support. Built for busy minds Swoftr is for anyone who thinks faster than they type: parents in the parking garage, founders between meetings, students dumping a lecture, anyone with ADHD who needs a catch-all that actually files things. Hopes and feelings stay in Journal. Bare facts (parking, passwords, one-liners) stay in Snippets. Real to-dos can go to Apple Reminders. Meetings can go to Calendar. Free and Swoftr Pro Swoftr is free to use. You get 5 cloud AI (Ghostwriter) captures per month. After that, capture still works with on-device sorting. Swoftr Pro unlocks: • Unlimited cloud Ghostwriter • Weekly journal recap • Apple Calendar sync • Face ID / Touch ID Vault lock • Mixed-capture splits (a journal or snippet plus extra to-dos in one take) • Ghostwriter strength (Minimal → Professional) Subscriptions are optional. Close the paywall and keep using the free app. Privacy you can see Microphone and speech recognition are used to capture and transcribe. Audio is not kept as a file unless you save the thought. Location is optional and used only to pin a place. Reminders, Calendar, notifications, and Face ID are optional. Vault data can sync with iCloud on your devices. Welcome to Swoftr 1.2 - a quieter, faster way to get thoughts out of your head. • Pin a parking spot or saved place by voice, then open it in Maps • Smarter auto-file for journals, reminders, calendar events, and snippets • Weekly recap on Journal (Swoftr Pro) • Clearer permissions, in-app Help, and a calmer Capture → Vault flow If Swoftr has caught even one thought for you, a short rating or review means a lot. It helps other people find a safety net for their mind, too. Thank you for being here. (Handled was rebranded to Swoftr)
