Ok to transfer in only thing is you can’t but trx in app so you can transfer the usdt

Thank you for your feedback! We understand that it can be frustrating, however, you can transfer TRX into your wallet, which will allow you to cover the network fees for transferring USDT and other tokens out.

U can only transfer in, u cant transfer out. There is no costumer service. My money is now stuck.

Please note that for transferring out USDT and other tokens, the Tron network requires a small TRX fee to process the transaction. Unfortunately, if there is not enough TRX in your wallet, it may prevent you from completing the transfer.To resolve this, you can add TRX to your wallet to cover the network fee.We appreciate your feedback and are continuously working to improve our services!
