HOW TWOS WORKS
• Discover thoughtful matches based on shared interests, personality, values, and conversation preferences.
• Send a Wave to say hi in a simple, low-pressure way. When someone waves back and you are both open to calls, you can start a conversation.
• Have a private one-on-one video conversation for 5-15 minutes, with the option to keep talking when you are both enjoying it.
• Reconnect with people you have spoken with before, so a great first conversation does not have to be the last.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND TWOS
Twos was designed with Prof. Sonja Lyubomirsky, Professor of Psychology at UC Riverside and Twos' Chief Scientist.
In a paired pre/post study of 557 Twos users conducted with Prof. Lyubomirsky, 76% showed a measured mood improvement after a single fifteen-minute conversation. The study is being prepared for peer review.
Across 2,192 post-call ratings, 90% of users reported feeling better after their conversation.
The experience is designed around a simple idea: meaningful conversation can strengthen connection and make everyday interactions feel more rewarding.
SAFE, VERIFIED, AND BUILT FOR REAL PEOPLE
• All users are verified and must be 18+
• Real-time AI moderation monitors video and audio during calls
• Calls are never recorded, replayed, or stored
• A call only starts after a mutual Wave, when both people choose to connect
• Inappropriate behavior results in immediate removal and bans
